5. Digital Advertising Services

Marwar Tech provides digital advertising management services (including Meta/Facebook Ads). By engaging us for these services, you acknowledge:

• Marwar Tech does not guarantee specific leads, sales, or ROI, as these are subject to third-party platform algorithms and market conditions.
• Clients are responsible for all ad spend billed directly by Meta/Facebook unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Clients must ensure their landing pages and content comply with Meta's Advertising Policies.

6. Governing Law

These terms and your use of the website are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marwar Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our automation systems or advertising services.
